I am driven and passionate about bringing yoga to corporate offices and settings, bringing mindful breaks and movement to teams looking for collaboration, energy and strength, both physically and mentally. I specialize in creating serene and rejuvenating experiences that will leave your team with increased energy and positivity. With a deep understanding of mindfulness and wellness, I will guide individuals on a transformative journey to inner peace and physical vitality. My approach combines traditional yoga practices with modern techniques, tailored to suit the needs of each individual. 

It is said that yoga and movement while at work can provide: 
- mental benefits; reduces stress, improves focus, boosts mood

- physical benefits; reduces fatigue, improves posture and mobility, supports your immune function

- social & team benefits; builds and promotes a positive team culture, increases engagement among the team as well as higher client satisfaction rates, while promoting a healthy work life balance.


Sessions can be held any time in person or virtually Monday - Friday.

Take time from your busy day or evening to reset, ground yourself and focus on breathing. While focusing on the breath, we'll explore areas of flow and gratitude. Becoming aware of our thoughts, observing how they make the mind or body feel, and allowing to release them, as we bring the focus and attention back to breathing.

A 5-minute, grounding meditation, focusing on deep breathing and journeying through your chakras, scanning the body, and bringing awareness to our energy centers. This a quick way to reset and bring presence back to your busy work day.
